POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMME

  1. About the programme:

The postgraduate programme of the Centre for Integrative Development is an advanced training open to all students who have completed the four-year School of the Centre for Integrative Development, aimed at continuing their personal development through the topics of leadership, sexuality and spirituality. It is also intended for the students who work with other people for the purpose of their own continuous professional and personal development, i.e. to those who see themselves as future professional consultants, therapists, programme facilitators, etc.

The two-year training programme includes a research of our personality potential and the ways of its activation and authentic expression in life and interpersonal relationships. The training was conceived as the time and place for discovery and additional development of our true talents, as well as for discovering the ways in which they could be used to expand our own limits and systems of belief.

In the training facilitated and mentored by Laslo Pinter and Tomislav Senečić, you will be able to systematically learn how to overcome the obstacles imposed by the “role of the victim” and how to live an authentic life created actively from your own “essential power”. The training is focused on finding and activating the aspect of leadership, on psychosexual development and the integration of spirituality. The training was conceived as a combination of process work on the level of the personal and group experience, followed by detailed intellectual clarification and teaching.

The programme is putting an emphasis on practical work and is aimed at targeted encouragement of the affirmation of healthy personal power, mature sexuality and grounded spirituality of every student.

In our postgraduate programme we use the integrative approach that includes object relations and working with the body, energy, expression and articulation, as well as with movement and guided imagination.

We believe that men and women are born with talents which defines them, and that their life task is to reveal this talent and give it into the world. The manifestation of the person’s natural talent contributes to the development of consciousness in a community and within the humanity as a whole.

  1. Programme overview:

In the postgraduate programme we use an integrative approach that includes object-relations, stages of psychosexual development and working with body, body energy, expression and articulation, movement and guided imagination, all by using the map of consciousness by Ken Wilber.

1st year

The first year is focused on further research of the primary circumstances of development which affect our personalities, and on the way in which they influence our limitations in adult age. We will research the authentic personal security as the most important prerequisite of expending the limits of our personality and our ability to make contact. The sense of security is the first and the most important human need emerging in the earliest stage of our development. In case of its absence, how should we build it again?

Throughout the first year we are engaged in the influence of the earliest experiences of attachment and their connection with the feeling of the personal creative power in every aspect of adult life, including leadership and sexuality. Furthermore, we are dealing with the effect of traumatic experiences on the psyche and body.

Our goal is to use the first five modules to initiate the change of pattern from the passive, limiting and child-like role of the victim, to the role of an adult person in which we actively create and take responsibility for our own lives.

Topics:

– Detection of fear and sense of insecurity on a deeper level through early attachment

– Creating security through recreation of a healthy symbiosis as a prerequisite for transcending the boundaries of personal limitations

– Searching through shame and belief of “I am OK, I am not OK “

– Establishing a healthy rhythm of symbiosis/separation as a basic human rhythm in the present

– System of personal regulation/deregulation

– Healthy autonomy and individuality

– Boundaries

– Contact as a source of fulfilment and sense of being whole

– Research of the paradox – desire for contact and fear of contact

– Experience of insecure attachment as an obstacle to contact

– Trauma, creation of body-mind connection

– Trauma as an energy condition

– Effects of trauma and the symptoms

– Primary shame and trauma

– Acquiring resources to create a feeling of security at the core of a personality

– Creating a space of transition for the purpose of ‘defrosting’ of trauma and establishing a natural flow of personality

– Techniques of ‘deep’ listening and holding of one’s own centre

2nd year

The second year was conceived as a movement forward from the reconstructed security, by using the required resources, to an active process of interaction within interpersonal relationships and community. This includes practicing the use of our personal talents, research of our own authority and leadership, and the responsibilities they imply, looking into a map of personal life and detecting any potential for further growth, expression and articulation of personality, as well as reflecting on how to integrate these internal qualities into life and afterwards present them.

In addition, in the second year we continue to research the roles of men and women in partnership, for the purpose of greater understanding of the patterns that keep us in the state of frustration. During the second year, we continue our work related to understanding the phases of sexual development and the influence of traumas and negative intentions on psychosexual development. Within the aforementioned, we search through our own fears, “prohibitions“ and sexual phantasies as the catalysts of the personal development leading towards satisfaction, fulfilment and wholeness.

Topics:

– Possibility of choice as a prerequisite of personal power

– Abandoning the role of the victim – transition from helplessness to active creativity

– Activation of will as an important factor in the personal development process and in achieving the personal power

– Longing and hope as the drivers of will

– Man/Woman – fears and limitations – images

– Being a man, being a woman – affirmation of principles including the work with archetypes

– Understanding of infatuation, love and sexuality

– Sexuality – expression of Mask, Lower Self and Higher Self

– Spiritual symbolism of sexuality – working with phantasies, and dark and bright sides for the purpose of integration into a healthy and safe expression

– Orgasm – biodynamics of sexual energy – research and opening of physical-energy blocks and assuming responsibility for one’s own sexuality

– Leadership – taking responsibility as a prerequisite for transition from passive into active creator

– Internal authority – spiritual aspects of authority

– Expression and articulation aimed at living out one’s own personal talent

– Presentation techniques – exposure

– Understanding of connection between the development of leadership and psychosexuality and the transcendence of childhood restrictions

– Adulthood as guidance towards the internal spiritual authority

– Death and transcendence
